Finding a perfect place in Delhi to go out on a date can be quite a task. Before going out on a date, a couple of things need to be kept in mind such as the cost of the restaurants, shopping places, other activities and tours.

Here are a few options that are budget friendly and amusing at the same time.

1. Food – To look for a place to eat is the most important part of a date, just like every occasion. Places that are both budget friendly and can also fill your stomach! Few of such places include De Paul’s in Janpath – cost for two is Rs 200; Wenger’s in Connaught place – cost for two is Rs 400; Nagpal’s Chole Bhature in Lajpat Nagar – cost for two is Rs 200; and Giani di hatti in Chandni Chowk – cost for two is Rs 150.

2. Shopping – Accessories and clothes can be bought at cheap rates at Janpath, Sarojni Nagar, Lajpat Nagar, Palika Bazar and Chandni Chowk to name a few. Items in these flea markets dont’t burn a hole in your pocket. A simple printed shirt may cost between Rs 100 to 300.

3. Places to visit – There are a lot of places like Lodhi Garden, Agrasen ki Baoli, Hauz Khas Park that are free of cost. Apart from that, Sundar Nursery needs Rs 50 entry fee; Deer Park costs Rs 20; and Garden of Five Senses costs Rs 15 per person; which makes these pocket friendly and a quiet place for the couples.

4. Activities – When on a date, movies are the go-to thing for couples, but multiplexes can cost a bomb. Delite cinema is the most cost-efficient theatre where entry fee is as low as Rs 75 for one ticket. Apart from that, Yulu bike rides, which costs Rs 180, Theatre plays in Mandi House, which costs Rs 100 and visiting the National Gallery of Modern Art, which costs Rs 20 can be few activities that can amuse the couples.

Apart from these, there are other budget friendly and go-to places like Qutub minar, India Gate, Craft museum, and other street food in Old Delhi that cost around Rs 600 to 800 for a couple.
