Delhi: A 24-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly raping his colleague last month in a hotel located in the Nangloi area, police said on Tuesday.

The suspect, identified as Arun from Baprola Vihar in Delhi, was the victim’s supervisor, according to the police.

The incident came to light when the woman filed a rape complaint at the Nangloi police station on June 9.

The victim informed the police that she worked under Arun’s supervision at an office in Sector-7, Rohini.

She alleged that Arun took her to a hotel in Nangloi in June and raped her, stated Deputy Commissioner of Police (Outer) Jimmy Chiram.
