Delhi: A 19-year-old man was stabbed in South Delhi’s Sangam Vihar area, police said on Friday. Two suspects, including a juvenile, have been apprehended in connection with the attack.
The incident occurred on Thursday when the victim, Rehan, was confronted by three individuals, one of whom was a minor, in Masjid Wali Gali. Among the attackers was Guglu, with whom Rehan had a previous altercation about a month ago, during which he was assaulted. Seeking revenge, Guglu and his accomplices attacked Rehan again, and during the assault, one of them stabbed him in the chest.
A PCR call regarding the stabbing was received at Neb Sarai Police Station, and Rehan was rushed to a hospital for treatment. Based on his statement, an FIR was registered, and an investigation was launched. During the probe, police arrested Guglu and the juvenile, while efforts are ongoing to trace the third accused.
