15-year-old youth stabbed to death by three in west Delhi

A 15-year-old youth was stabbed to death by three boys in Harit Park in Inderpuri area of west Delhi after an altercation between them, said police on Thursday.

According to police, the accused, all minors, fled the scene after the incident.

A senior police officer said, police received a call around 9 pm regarding the stabbing of a boy and immediately reached the spot.

He said that the injured boy was admitted to Kapoor Medical Centre, Naraina, where doctors declared him brought dead.

“The victim had sustained injuries on his chest and abdomen,” the official said.

The police have since secured the murder weapon and initiated a thorough investigation into the matter to ascertain the events leading up to the tragic outcome. (With inputs from PTI)
