Delhi: The city on Tuesday recorded a minimum temperature of 18.2 degrees Celsius, which was 2.8 degrees below the season’s normal.
Station-wise data showed that Palam recorded a minimum of 20.4 degrees Celsius, one degree below normal, Lodhi Road logged 17.6 degrees Celsius, 2.4 degrees below normal, Ridge reported 19.6 degrees Celsius, 1.9 degrees below normal, and Ayanagar recorded 18.1 degrees Celsius, 2.7 degrees below normal.
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast that the maximum temperature is expected to settle around 38 degrees Celsius.
The air quality remained in the moderate category, with the AQI recorded at 155 at 9 am, according to the CPCB’s Sameer app.

As per CPCB standards, an AQI of 0-50 is considered ‘good’, 51-100 ‘satisfactory’, 101-200 ‘moderate’, 201-300 ‘poor’, 301-400 ‘very poor’, and 401-500 ‘severe’.
