Luxury décor label Daamaira Home & Living and design brand Strrot unveiled their first collaborative showcase at the Strrot store in RK Ashram on Thursday, marking a new partnership between two emerging players in India’s high-end home décor space.
The event brought together designers, editors, influencers and industry professionals, and featured Naho Shigeta, owner of the Japanese brand Noritake, as the guest of honour. Her presence, organisers said, reflected the growing international interest in contemporary Indian design.
Founded by Anmol Gupta and Deepali Gupta, Daamaira focuses on curated décor pieces with an emphasis on craftsmanship and understated luxury. “Daamaira is about creating homes that reflect individuality,” Anmol Gupta said at the event, adding that the brand aims to bring “beauty, balance and emotional resonance” into living spaces. Co-founder Deepali Gupta described their design philosophy as centred on the feel and lived experience of objects rather than surface aesthetics alone.
Strrot, led by founder and curator Sidhant Lamba, is known for hosting collaborations with global brands such as Seletti, Driade and Lotus Arts de Vivre, blending experimental design with lifestyle concepts.
The Delhi showcase presented a selection of décor and lifestyle pieces that combined Daamaira’s “Luxury Living, Thoughtfully” ethos with Strrot’s immersive design approach. Attendees said the collaboration offered a glimpse into how Indian design labels are broadening their creative networks and ambitions.
The brands said they hope the partnership will help set new benchmarks for contemporary luxury décor in the country.
