Wadhera’s fifer drives Chand Khanna

Off-spinner Parth Wadhera’s five-wicket haul (5/06) and leg-spinner Dhruv Chouhan’s four wickets for 15 helped Chand Khanna Club beat Raghubir Willowers by four wickets in a Super Elite 2 group game at the Talent Hunt Ground.

Right-handed batsman Nitin hit 50 and took 1/16 while Shivay took 3/27 to help Madras Club beat Maulana Azad Club by 42 runs in a Premier 1 game at the HCA ground.

Brief scores: Madras Club 197 for seven in 32 overs (Nitin 50, Manish Ohliyan 46, Jehan Rawal 5/48) beat Maulana Azad 155 all out in 35 overs (Dhananjay Singh 66, Shivay 3/27, Bittu Kumar 2/31) by 42 runs.

Parchanda’s 5-wicket haul propels Telefunken

Right-arm pacer Rohan Parchanda’s 5/30 and Yash Dabas’s 45 not out helped Telefunken Club beat Gush CC by nine wickets in a Premier 2 game at St Stephen’s ground.

Brief scores: Gush CC 97 all out in 26 overs (Rohan Parchanda 5/30, Tushar Bairwa 2/19) lost to Telefunken Club 99/1 in 19 overs (Yash Dabas 45 not out, Saurabh Deswal 42) by nine wickets.

Mishra Sports prevail

All-round performance by off-spinner Vishal Kumar, who took 4/36 and hit 34 not out, Vishnu Singh’s 3/42 and Rishabh Rana’s 44 helped Mishra Sports Club beat Malik Sports by two wickets in an Elite 3 game at MCG 1.
