Both the BJP and opposition AAP MLAs have been given proportional representation in the panels, according to the statement.
The Delhi Assembly speaker will chair the business advisory, private members’ bills and resolutions, rules, general purposes, and library committees.
Deputy Speaker Bisht will head the committee on government assurances, the questions and references committee, and the committee on peace and harmony.
The committee of privileges will be chaired by BJP MLA Praduymn Singh Rajput. Its members will include Abhay Kumar Verma, Ajay Kumar Mahawar, Neeraj Basoya, Ravi Kant, Satish Upadhyay, Surya Prakash Khatri, all BJP MLAs, and AAP MLAs Ram Singh Netaji and Surendra Kumar.
