Delhi likely to witness light rain today

Delhi residents began their day with a humid morning, as the weather department forecasted light rain for Wednesday. At 8:30 am, the humidity level was noted at 77 per cent.

The minimum temperature registered was 29.8 degrees Celsius, slightly above the seasonal average. The maximum temperature is expected to reach around 38 degrees Celsius.

In addition, recent weather updates indicate that Delhi has been experiencing fluctuating conditions, with occasional thunderstorms and brief heavy showers over the past week.

The city has seen pockets of intense humidity followed by short bursts of rain, providing some respite from the heat.

As the monsoon season progresses, the weather department predicts more sporadic rainfall, contributing to the overall variability in Delhi’s weather patterns. (With inputs from PTI)
