Train services on the Yellow Line of Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) will experience brief disruptions to facilitate civil work on a 490-meter stretch of the Janakpuri West to R K Ashram Corridor of Phase-IV, according to an advisory.

The Yellow Line connects Millennium City Centre in Gurugram with Samaypur Badli in Delhi.

The adjustments will occur during the night of Saturday to Sunday to accommodate construction on the section where the corridor crosses over the Haiderpur Badli Mor metro station. On Saturday night, the last train from Samaypur Badli to Millennium City Centre Gurugram will leave at 10:45 pm, instead of 11 pm, and the last train from Millennium City Centre Gurugram to Samaypur Badli will depart at 9:30 pm, instead of 11 pm.

On Sunday morning, the first train service from Samaypur Badli to Millennium City Centre Gurugram will commence at 7 am, rather than 6 am. There will be no train services between Samaypur Badli and Jahangirpuri after 11 pm on Saturday and before 7 am on Sunday, read the advisory issued by Delhi Metro Rail Corporation.

Normal services will continue on the rest of the Yellow Line from Jahangirpuri to Millennium City Centre Gurugram during this period.

To minimise passenger inconvenience, announcements regarding train destinations and platform changes will be made at stations and onboard trains. DMRC aims to prioritise passenger convenience during these necessary engineering works, which are carefully scheduled at night to minimise disruption. A similar adjustment was made last month, and further changes to train timings might be required to complete the remaining work on this section.
