Delhi traffic police issues advisory for ‘Run for Good Happening’ marathon

Delhi Traffic Police has issued an advisory regarding a marathon scheduled to take place at the JLN Stadium, officials announced on Saturday.

The ‘Run for Good Happening’ marathon is set for Sunday at the JLN Stadium, with an expected participation of around 2,000 individuals from various parts of Delhi.

As per the advisory, traffic movement will be regulated/diverted as necessary on Bhishma Pitamah Marg, Kotla red light, Lodhi Road, Jor Bagh Road, Dayal Singh/CGO road, etc., from 6 am to 8.30 am on Sunday.

Commuters are urged to cooperate and utilise public transport, particularly metro services, to the fullest extent possible.

Additionally, commuters heading towards ISBT, the railway station, and the airport are advised to plan their travel carefully, allowing ample time for their journey, the advisory emphasised. (With inputs from PTI)
