The one-year contract has been divided into 40 schedules, each carrying an estimated value of Rs 2.6 crore. The contract will be awarded separately for each schedule, with the lowest eligible bidder to be determined independently for each.
The tender document, dated September 17, stated that bids opened on October 6.
The tender falls under the Delhi government’s Environment Department, with the DPCC designated as the procuring organisation.
The document requires bidders to have an average annual turnover of at least Rs 1 crore over three years and prior experience in similar services.

Eligible startups registered with the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) may receive relaxation in the experience and turnover criteria, subject to meeting the prescribed quality and technical requirements.
It also provides for an earnest money deposit of Rs 5 lakh for each schedule, with a specified validity period of 14 months.
This comes amid continued effort by the Delhi government to curb pollution, which peaks in the winter months, leading to several health concerns among citizens.
