The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted light rainfall in the national capital on Wednesday.
According to IMD, the minimum temperature was measured at 27.1 degrees Celsius, while the maximum temperature is projected to reach 36 degrees Celsius. At around 8:30 am, the national capital registered a relative humidity of 81 percent.
Data from the System of Air Quality and Weather Forecasting and Research (SAFAR) indicated that the air quality index (AQI) of Delhi was recorded in the satisfactory category, scoring 83 at around 8:40 am.
The AQI scale categorizes values between zero and 50 as good, 51 and 100 as satisfactory, 101 and 200 as moderate, 201 and 300 as poor, 301 and 400 as very poor, and 401 and 500 as severe.( With inputs from PTI)
