Very light rain and thunderstorms are likely in parts of Delhi on Wednesday while heatwave conditions will continue in some areas, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
The national capital recorded a minimum temperature of 31 degrees Celsius, three degrees above normal. The maximum temperature is projected to reach around 43 degrees Celsius.
Humidity was recorded at 33 percent at 10 am.
The IMD has forecast a partly cloudy sky throughout the day with chances of very light rain and gusty winds. Isolated places may experience thunderstorms, lightning, and dust storms.

More rain is anticipated in the coming days. On Monday, the maximum temperature in Delhi was recorded at 43.8 degrees Celsius, 3.8 degrees above the seasonal average. (With inputs from PTI)
