Light rain likely in Delhi today, minimum temperature at 27 degrees

The national capital recorded a minimum temperature of 27 degrees Celsius on Saturday morning with the weather department forecasting light rain during the day.
The IMD’s forecast anticipates a generally overcast sky with the possibility of light rain or drizzle throughout the day. The day’s maximum temperature is expected to reach 36 degrees Celsius.

At 8:30 am, the humidity level was quite high, registering at 115 percent. Delhi’s Air Quality Index (AQI) measured 84 around 9 am, falling within the ‘satisfactory’ range according to the AQI categorisation, according to data shared by the India Meteorological Department.

AQI categories are classified as follows: 0-50 (‘good’), 51-100 (‘satisfactory’), 101-200 (‘moderate’), 201-300 (‘poor’), 301-400 (‘very poor’), and 401-500 (‘severe’). (With inputs from PTI)
