On Monday morning, the temperature in the national capital stabilized at 14.1 degrees Celsius, which is three notches higher than the usual.
While there’s a chance of very light rain or drizzle in the evening, the relative humidity at 8.30 am was 74 per cent, as per the bulletin by the India Meteorological Department.
The minimum temperature of 14.1 degrees Celsius was recorded around 9 am.
Sunday saw a maximum temperature of 29.7 degrees Celsius, a significant five notches above normal.
Looking ahead, the weather office forecasts a partly cloudy sky with a possibility of very light rain or drizzle in the night, accompanied by gusty winds.
As for the air quality index (AQI), it stood at 222 in the ‘poor’ category at 9 am on Monday.
AQI values between zero and 50 indicate good air quality, 51 and 100 are satisfactory, 101 and 200 moderate, 201 and 300 poor, 301 and 400 very poor, and 401 and 500 severe.
