Delhi recorded a minimum temperature of 25.2 degrees Celsius on Friday, with the weather office predicting partly cloudy skies during the day.
The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 34 degrees Celsius, according to the India Meteorological Department.
The relative humidity was recorded at 60 per cent in the morning.
Among the city’s weather stations, Palam recorded a minimum temperature of 22.6 degrees Celsius, 2.4 degrees below normal, while Lodi Road recorded 24 degrees Celsius, 1 degree above normal.
The Ridge and Ayanagar stations recorded minimum temperatures of 21.1 degrees Celsius and 23.7 degrees Celsius, respectively, which were 3.1 degrees and 0.3 degrees below normal.
Delhi’s air quality was in the “satisfactory” category, with the Air Quality Index standing at 84 at 9.30 am, according to the Central Pollution Control Board.

Under the CPCB’s AQI scale, a reading between zero and 50 is considered “good”, 51-100 “satisfactory”, 101-200 “moderate”, 201-300 “poor”, 301-400 “very poor” and 401-500 “severe”.
