
Delhi woke up to a sunny morning on Thursday, with the minimum temperature settling at 24.6 degrees Celsius—2.2 degrees below the seasonal average, officials from the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said.
The IMD has forecast thunderstorms and rainfall during the day, while the maximum temperature is expected to reach around 36 degrees Celsius. At 8.30 AM, humidity levels stood at 61 per cent.
The city’s air quality remained in the ‘moderate’ category, with the Air Quality Index (AQI) recorded at 146 at 9 am, as per data from the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB).
