
A 47-year-old woman was killed while six others, including three children, were injured after a three-wheeler overturned on the Rajokari flyover in Vasant Kunj area of southwest Delhi on Sunday, the Delhi Fire Service said.
The accident took place at 4.35 am on the carriageway towards Mahipalpur.
According to officials, a DFS team rushed to the spot after receiving information about the accident. However, by the time rescuers reached the location, Police Control Room (PCR) personnel had already shifted the injured to Safdarjung Hospital and AIIMS Trauma Centre.
The deceased was identified as Kripa Devi (47). The injured were identified as Vansh (8), Savitri Devi (60), Naina (34), Rahul (37), Naksh (14) and Ishan (2). Their condition was not immediately known.
