In south Delhi’s Devli village, a 20-year-old woman was discovered hanging in her house, with police speculating it to be a case of suicide.
A senior police officer said that the woman’s husband informed the police about the incident on Monday evening.
He said that Harsh (21) told the police that his wife hanged herself to death from the ceiling fan with a saree.
He added that no suicide note has been recovered and the body has been sent to AIIMS for post-mortem.
The couple had been married for six months, he further added. (With inputs from PTI)
