This year, the prestigious competition is themed “Sashakt – Empowering Special Ability Professionals,” highlighting the industry’s commitment to inclusion and equal opportunity.

More than 300 young hospitality professionals from across the country are participating in the week-long event, competing in 20 diverse categories that span culinary arts, beverage service, housekeeping, and front office management. The event serves as a platform for emerging talent to demonstrate creativity, precision, and professionalism in front of industry leaders and experts.

The schedule opened with the Culinary Challenge, which began on July 3 and continues until July 5 at the Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Hotel Management. This will be followed by The War of Spirits and the Art of Table Setting on July 7 at The Suryaa, New Delhi. On July 8, the Front Office Master competition will take place at Novotel City Centre, and the final day of contests, July 9, will feature Art of Bed Making and Art of Towel Folding at Radisson Blu, Paschim Vihar.

The challenge will culminate in the AHP Hospitality Excellence Awards 2025, scheduled for July 30 at The Suryaa.
