Being a girl
What: Celebrating women’s sexuality and condemning its violation, Unicorn Actor’s Studio presents ‘Gang of Girls’. It takes the audience through the journey of a woman from the time of their birth, till she turns into a woman, and all the fear, harassment and desires that come along with it. The performers use various forms like Bharatnatyam, contemporary dance and hip hop to present the play in a humorous yet heart-touching way.

Celebrating Urdu
What: To celebrate the timeless eloquence of Urdu, Rekhta Foundation is hosting Shaam-e-Rekhta, an evening of poetry. Popular as well as upcoming poets will recite poetry to build an appreciation for the language among the youth as well as promote Urdu among the uninitiated. Join them for the mushaira and experience an evening that brings you closer to Urdu literature and culture and explore its range of emotions through the recitals.

What: With hopes of uniting a generation to fight all injustice, Raoul Kerr’s rap album talks about friendship, corruption, rape culture, terrorism and poverty. Join in for an acoustic, unplugged version of the songs that brings out the coming-of-age stories behind the music. The album tries to raise an important question: If we weren’t fighting amongst ourselves, what would the human race be capable of?

What: Here’s a chance to capture your best shot.
