Exhibition: Kiran Nadar Museum of Art (KNMA) has unveiled an enthralling exhibition titled ‘A Bollywood Retro’, showcasing the captivating work of esteemed photographer J H Thakker. The exhibition, held at the sky bridge connecting Nexus Select CityWalk Mall and DLF South Court Mall, pays homage to the timeless allure of Bollywood cinema.
Renowned for his masterful play with light and shadow, J H Thakker’s collection of evocative black-and-white photographs immortalizes the legendary film stars of yesteryears. Each frame emanates nostalgia and reverence, offering viewers a glimpse into the golden era of Indian cinema.
“This exhibition represents a significant milestone in KNMA‘s commitment to making art accessible to diverse audiences,” said Kiran Nadar, the founder, and chairperson of the museum. “By collaborating with Nexus Select CITYWALK, we aim to bring art directly to spaces frequented by people seeking immersive cultural experiences.”
