The exciting German Christmas Market will be back with its holiday spirit next weekend at the iconic Sunder Nursery picnic area. At the venue, visitors can stock their bags with Christmas goodies and mouth-watering delicacies for the season.
The 23rd edition of the capital’s much-awaited and fun-filled will be held on two days – December 10 and 11 from 11:00 am to 6:30 pm. And at the gala, children will have their beloved Santa Claus.
Over 90 exhibitors will be showcasing choicest collection of Christmas decorations and other festive goodies, German food products, home accessories, Cosmetics, Handicrafts, garments, plants, stationery, gift articles and much more. There will be an exclusive palate of interesting lifestyle products – designer home accessories, high end fashion wear, children’s goodies & activities, stationery, garden accessories, delectable food items and beverages on sale.
Like every year, the event will draw visitors from the international corporate Diaspora and the crème de la crème of the Indian business community.
Organised by the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce (IGCC), the highlights of the event are German Bratwurst, Waffles and beverages setting the spirit of the season and Christmas along with a beautifully decorated Christmas tree, German Auto Giants, German chocolates, On-the-Spot painting competition for children, Christmas Choirs, German magician and of course, Santa Claus!
The two-day event is taking place under the aegis of the German Embassy and is supported by the German School & Federation of Indo-German Societies in India.
