Pind Di Rasoi- A Food Festival

Crowne Plaza Today New Delhi Okhla will host the “Pind Di Rasoi” food festival at its restaurant, Edesia, from September 7 to 15. The event, which will run daily from 7 PM to 11 PM, aims to offer an authentic North Indian Dhaba-style dining experience.

The festival will feature traditional dishes inspired by the roadside eateries commonly found in northern India. Guests can enjoy a rustic ambience designed to replicate the lively, informal atmosphere of Dhabas, complete with themed décor and live cooking stations.

Highlights of the event include Amritsari fried fish, kebabs from Sardar Ji Ke Kebabs Corner, tawa specials at the Gama Pahalwan counter, and sweets from Shankar Mithai Ki Dukaan. Street food favourites like those from Gurdaas Ram Jalebi Wala will also be available.

The menu has been carefully curated to showcase iconic Dhaba-style food, known for its bold, rich flavours and hearty portions.

“This festival is a tribute to the rich culinary heritage of North Indian Dhaba culture,” said Shuvendu Banerjee, General Manager of Crowne Plaza Today New Delhi Okhla. “We are excited to offer our guests an authentic and immersive dining experience, bringing the flavours and spirit of traditional roadside eateries to New Delhi”.

The festival is priced at ₹2999 per person, excluding taxes.
