Pracheen Kala Kendra’s 22nd Quarterly Baithak

Pracheen Kala Kendra is organising 22nd quarterly Baithak under the “Legends of Tomorrow” series on  December 9, 2023 (Saturday)  6pm onwards at Triveni Kala Sangam 205 Tansen Marg, Mandi House , New Delhi.

The first performance will be of Vocal Jugalbandi by Pt. Prakash Mishra and Pt. Deepak Mishra. They will be accompanied by Pt. Gopal Mishra at Tabla and Sumit Mishra at Harmonium.

The second performance is of Kathak Dance by  Barun Banerjee who will be accompanied by Jaywardhan Dadhich (Vocal), Utpal Ghoshal (Tabla), Shyam Rastogi (Sitar), and Vriti Gujal ( Padhant).

Sajal Koser, Secretary of Pracheen Kala Kendra said, “We are proud to host our quarterly Baithak under the esteemed series ‘Legends of Tomorrow.’ These programs have been a consistent part of our agenda for several years. Since its inception in 1956, Pracheen Kala Kendra has been dedicated to nurturing artists and fostering the rich tapestry of art and culture.”

“We diligently curate monthly programs across different cities, notably in Delhi and Chandigarh, providing a platform where artists from diverse corners converge to grace our stages and share their talents,” Koser added.
