Radisson Blu Marina, Connaught Place, is set to host the ‘Parsi Royal Feast’, a five-day celebration of Parsi cuisine and culture from August 29 to September 2. The festival aims to bring authentic recipes, storytelling and the cultural charm of one of India’s smallest yet most influential communities to the capital.
Parsi food, which blends Persian culinary traditions with Indian influences, is known for its wholesome, aromatic dishes. Visitors can expect a line-up of favourites including Mutton Pulao with Dhansak Dal, Chicken Farcha, Patra Ni Macchi, Sondhiya Masala (Prawns), Jardalu Ma Gosh, Salli Chicken, Bhaji Dana Ma Gosh, and Bhatiya In Chicken.
The festival will be curated by Chef Firozi Karanjia and Chef Rashna, who are widely recognised for their expertise in authentic Parsi cuisine and have showcased their menus at leading hotels and corporate events across India. Known for blending tradition with refined presentation, the duo is bringing an array of classic recipes to Delhi diners.

The festival will also feature cultural elements beyond food. Décor inspired by Parsi heritage, storytelling sessions, live recipe walkthroughs and insights into the history behind the dishes will add to the experience.
