The festival aims to bring authentic recipes, storytelling and the cultural charm of one of India’s smallest yet most influential communities to the capital.

Parsi food, which blends Persian culinary traditions with Indian influences, is known for its wholesome, aromatic dishes. The festival will be curated by Chef Firozi Karanjia and Chef Rashna, who are widely recognised for their expertise in authentic Parsi cuisine and have showcased their menus at leading hotels and corporate events across India. Known for blending tradition with refined presentation, the duo is bringing an array of classic recipes to Delhi diners.
