
Crowne Plaza Today Gurugram has announced the return of its popular food festival, “Rangeelo Rajasthan”, at Café G, following the strong response to its first edition. The festival will showcase the depth and diversity of Rajasthani cuisine through an immersive dining experience.
The festival, set to run from April 24 to May 3, will be headlined by Chef Swaroop Rana, a culinary expert from InterContinental Jaipur known for his expertise in traditional Rajasthani flavours. He will collaborate with Executive Chef Sankha Das Mahapatra to present a specially curated buffet celebrating the state’s royal culinary heritage.
Guests can look forward to signature dishes such as Dal Baati Churma, Laal Maas, Ker Sangri, and Gatte ki Sabzi, prepared using traditional techniques and robust, aromatic spices that define Rajasthan’s cuisine.
Speaking about the return of the festival, Gaurav Apte, Area General Manager, said, “After the overwhelming response to our previous edition, we are delighted to bring back Rangeelo Rajasthan. This showcase is a tribute to the royal culinary legacy of Rajasthan, offering our guests an authentic and memorable dining experience that reflects both tradition and excellence.”
The festival aims to recreate the warmth and grandeur of Rajasthan through food, offering guests a rich and indulgent culinary journey.
