
Crowne Plaza Gurugram has announced its upcoming food festival, “Rangeelo Rajasthan”, at Café G, showcasing the rich and authentic flavours of Rajasthani cuisine.
The festival, set to run from August 30 to September 8 will be headlined by Chef Sachin Rathore, a celebrated culinary expert from Jaipur known for his mastery of traditional Rajasthani dishes.
Chef Rathore will present a curated selection of Rajasthani specialities, including the fiery Laal Maans, Daal Baati, Junglee Maas, Jodhpuri Gatta Curry, and the classic dessert, Ghewar.
He will be joined by Executive Chef Sandeep Saini, who has collaborated with him to craft a menu that reflects the rich culinary heritage of Rajasthan.
“We are excited to bring the essence of Rajasthan to Gurugram through our Rangeelo Rajasthan food festival,” said Gaurav Apte, General Manager of Crowne Plaza Gurugram.
