As monsoon showers bring cooler evenings to the capital, the Lounge & Bar at Eros Hotel in Nehru Place is set to serve up a sizzling selection of grilled dishes as part of a special culinary festival beginning this weekend.
Running from July 12 to 28, ‘Savor the Sizzle’, the festival will offer a rotating menu of sizzlers inspired by global cuisines, including spicy chicken platters, steaks, and vegetarian options, all served on cast iron plates with a signature smoky flair. The hotel’s chefs have also introduced daily specials to keep the offerings fresh for returning diners.
To accompany the food, the bar has curated a seasonal menu of monsoon-themed cocktails and mocktails designed to balance the richness of the grilled fare. The event will be held during both lunch and dinner hours, with prices starting at Rs 1,250 plus taxes.
Hotel staff said the festival is aimed at creating a casual yet lively experience, with live music and indoor seating providing a refuge from the rains. “The idea is to bring guests the warmth and comfort of grilled food with the fun energy of monsoon evenings,” said a spokesperson for Eros Hotel.

The Lounge & Bar has previously hosted seasonal menus, but this marks its first dedicated sizzler-themed event in recent years. With the combination of comfort food, drinks, and music, the hotel is hoping to attract both regular patrons and new visitors looking for a reason to step out in the rain.
The event is open to all and reservations are encouraged due to limited seating.
