The 10-day food promotion event titled “Sovereign Feast: Exploring India’s Diversified Cuisines” has begun at India Grill, Hilton Garden Inn Saket, and will be ongoing until August 13. The event showcases some of India’s best cuisines.

According to organisers, the event is orchestrated by Maneesh and Vickrham, the brilliant minds behind Desi Connoisseurs, who are celebrated culinary maestros. They will be cooking alongside the culinary titans of HGI Saket to bring you an unforgettable feast.
They said that the idea is to showcase popular cuisines of India and also it will be showcasing the unique dishes of our home chefs Ruchi Mittal & Pauli Jharia.

Ruchi Mittal, an ayurvedic practitioner turned food entrepreneur and blogger, discovered her passion for international and regional cuisines while in Chennai in 2005. Her food business, established in 2008, specialises in North Indian party snacks. Ruchi is also the author of the popular blog “Miles N Meals” where she shares an array of recipes inspired by travel discoveries and cherished family traditions.

Pauli Jharia, an MBA in HR from Prestige Institute of Management & Research, Indore, developed a fondness for cooking since childhood while assisting her mother and sister in the kitchen. Her love for food, cooking, and sharing has turned into a true passion.

During the Sovereign Feast, HGI Saket proudly serves a tantalising blend of flavors from the North West frontier, Bihar, Bengal, Marwar, and Rajasthan. The menu also features mouthwatering dishes from Bhopal and Indore, showcasing the incredible unity and rich cultural tapestry of India.

“India’s regional cuisines are a mesmerising mélange of flavors, where every dish tells a story of diverse cultures and traditions coming together to create a tantalizing journey for the taste buds. Our utmost endeavor is to bring forth the best of India onto your plates, especially from inside the homes where our most talented home cooks and chefs have been creating these dishes for generations,” said Desi Connoisseurs Maneesh Srivastava and Vickrham Vicky.
