March 5 is observed as World Laughter Day – an event sparked by Dr Madan Kataria, founder of the Worldwide Laughter Yoga Movement. Since 1998, the day has been one to recognize the power of laughter and its extraordinary health benefits.

More than just a day for giggles, this occasion underscores the importance of nurturing both our physical and mental wellbeing, all while fostering a global sense of harmony and camaraderie through laughter.

Laughter clubs and events, in particular, have surged in popularity among young people in recent times, thanks to their positive impact. Stand-up comedy, a genre that thrives on inducing laughter, has seen an especially remarkable rise. Stand-up shows, with their unique ability to relieve stress without any unwanted side effects, are like a breath of fresh air in our lives. The only downside? You’ll find yourself wanting more!

So, on this World Laughter Day, why not treat yourself to a live comedy show? Here’s a list of some top stand-up comedians currently on tour. Whether they’re performing their latest specials, testing new material, or hosting an open mic night, these comedians promise to have you laughing till your sides hurt! Make it a joyful, unforgettable evening on March 5 by stepping out with your loved ones for an evening of laughter. Trust us, it’ll be worth it!
