Delhi elections: Actors Sidharth Malhotra, Shweta Tripathi, Other Celebs Vote; Pics Surface

As Delhi took to the polls in the sixth phase of the Lok Sabha elections 2024, Bollywood actor Sidharth Malhotra was among several celebrities who were seen actively participating and encouraging their fans to exercise their democratic rights.

Actor Sidharth Malhotra casted his vote in Delhi for the Lok Sabha elections 2024. Earlier, he was spotted at the Mumbai airport. Other prominent faces were Shweta Tripathi, Esha Gupta, Himansh Kohli, and Punjabi singer Dilbagh Singh.

Shweta, known for her roles in films and web series, took to Instagram to share her enthusiasm for voting. She posted a story with a spirited message: “Chup nahi rehne ka, jaa ke vote karne ka” (Don’t stay silent, go out and vote). Her post resonated with many young voters, reminding them of the power of their vote and the importance of participating in the democratic process.

Esha, another well-known actor, also used her social media influence to motivate Delhiites. She posted on her Instagram story, “Come on Delhi, cast your vote today.” Esha’s call to action was aimed at her large following, urging them to step out and make their voices heard. Her message highlighted the significance of each vote in shaping the future of the nation.

Actor Kohli, famous for his role in the movie “Yaariyan,” shared an Instagram post featuring himself proudly displaying his inked finger. The caption read, “Get inked with pride and be part of the biggest celebration of democracy.” Himansh’s post emphasized the pride associated with voting and celebrated the collective participation in the democratic process. His message was a rallying cry for citizens to engage actively in the elections and fulfill their civic duty.

Meanwhile Singh took a more dynamic approach by posting a reel on Instagram. In his video, he earnestly requested the voters of Delhi to step out and exercise their right to vote. His appeal, set to the backdrop of an energetic tune, was a hit among his followers, especially the youth, and served as a reminder of the importance of their participation in the elections.
