Motorola Edge 60 Fusion set to launch in India soon: Expected features and details

Lenovo-owned Motorola is reportedly preparing to launch its latest smartphone, the Motorola Edge 60 Fusion, in India soon. According to a report by Gizbot, preview images of the next-generation Edge series device have surfaced online, suggesting an imminent launch. Adding to the anticipation, a promotional page for the device has appeared on Flipkart, indicating that the e-commerce platform may handle its release.

What to expect from Motorola Edge 60 Fusion

The Flipkart promotional page hints that the upcoming Motorola smartphone, likely the Edge 60 Fusion, will come with dual IP68 and IP69 ratings, ensuring protection against dust and water.

Display and performance

The device is expected to feature a 6.7-inch quad-curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, offering smooth scrolling and vibrant visuals. It is likely to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chipset, ensuring powerful performance. The smartphone will reportedly be backed by a 5,500mAh battery, providing extended usage.

Camera setup

For photography enthusiasts, the Edge 60 Fusion is expected to sport a 50MP primary camera equipped with a Sony LYT700 sensor and optical image stabilisation (OIS), ensuring sharp and stable shots. This will be accompanied by a 13MP ultra-wide sensor. On the front, the device may house a 32MP selfie camera, suitable for video calls and capturing high-quality selfies.

Storage and variants

The smartphone is likely to come with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. It is expected to be available in three attractive colour variants — Light Blue, Salmon, and Lavender.

Expected price

As per the report, the Motorola Edge 60 Fusion is expected to be priced under Rs 30,000, making it a competitive option in its segment.
