Oppo A6x launched in India with 6,500mAh battery, starts at Rs 12,499

Oppo introduced the A6x, the latest addition to its budget A series, powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity chipset. The phone features a large 6,500mAh battery with fast charging and is now available across major online and offline platforms.

Specifications

The dual-SIM Oppo A6x runs on the Dimensity 6300 processor — also seen on devices such as the Redmi 15C, Moto G Power and Realme C85 — and ships with ColorOS 15 based on Android 15. It offers up to 6GB RAM and 128GB UFS 2.2 storage.

The handset sports a 6.75-inch HD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 1,125 nits in high-brightness mode. A side-mounted fingerprint sensor is integrated into the power button.

For imaging, the A6x includes a 13MP rear camera with autofocus and a 5MP front camera, both capable of recording Full HD (1080p) video. The device is backed by a 6,500mAh silicon–carbon battery supporting 45W fast charging.

Price and availability

The Oppo A6x comes in Ice Blue and Olive Green colour options. The 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant is priced at Rs 12,499, while the 4GB + 128GB and 6GB + 128GB models are available for Rs 13,499 and Rs 14,999, respectively.

Buyers can also avail themselves of a three-month interest-free EMI scheme on select bank cards. The smartphone is on sale via Amazon, Flipkart, the Oppo India website and authorised retail outlets.
