
Oppo is gearing up to launch the F29 Pro 5G and F29 Pro+ 5G in India, with both models expected to be mid-range offerings. According to tipster Abhishek Yadav, the Oppo F29 Pro 5G will be priced under Rs 25,000 and available in 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB variants. It is tipped to feature a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset, a 6.7-inch 120Hz full-HD+ quad-curved AMOLED display, and a 6,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging. The phone may run on Android 15-based ColorOS 15 and offer LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. For cameras, it could sport a 50MP primary sensor with OIS, a 2MP secondary sensor, and a 16MP front camera.

The Oppo F29 Pro+ 5G is expected to be priced under Rs 30,000 and offered in 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 256GB variants. It will likely be powered by a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset and pack a massive 6,500mAh battery with support for 80W fast charging. The Pro+ version is also rumoured to feature a curved display and an IP69 rating for dust and water resistance.
Both phones are expected to deliver strong performance and premium features at competitive prices, positioning them as rivals to other mid-range 5G smartphones in the market. With high refresh rate displays, fast charging, and solid camera setups, the Oppo F29 Pro 5G series aims to make a mark in the competitive Indian smartphone market. An official launch date is yet to be announced, but the devices are expected to hit the shelves soon.
