
A 50-year-old man was shot dead by unidentified attackers in outer Delhi’s Paschim Vihar East on Friday morning, Delhi police said.
The incident occurred around 7.15 AM, when police received a PCR call reporting multiple gunshots near SBI Colony. Officers rushed to the scene and found the victim, identified as Rajkumar, with gunshot injuries. He was taken to hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead.
A forensic team has been called in to examine the crime scene. A case has been registered, and an investigation is underway, Delhi police added.
In a separate incident on Thursday, a 24-year-old man was shot following a scuffle in the Tigri area of south Delhi, an official said.

The victim, identified as Salman, was reportedly involved in an altercation with four to five unidentified individuals. A PCR call alerted police to the incident, but by the time officers arrived, Salman had already been taken to Batra Hospital for treatment.
A case has been filed under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the Arms Act. Efforts are ongoing to identify and apprehend the suspects, the official added.
