
A 71-year-old woman and her husband were injured after being hit by an SUV near Arya Samaj Mandir in Kirti Nagar, police said on Saturday.
The driver has been arrested.
The incident took place on October 2, following which a case was registered at Kirti Nagar police station under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, they said.

The accused driver, Navleen Kaur, 49, was arrested and the offending vehicle, bearing a Delhi-based registration number, was impounded, police said.
The injured, Kusum Tagra and her husband Dayanand Tagra (79), are undergoing treatment at a hospital and are recovering, they said.
Further investigation is underway.
