Delhi: Heavy Rain lashed the parts of national capital on Wednesday morning, bringing much-needed respite from the heat as the minimum temperature dipped to 24.8 degrees Celsius, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD).

The minimum temperature was two-and-a-half notches below the season’s normal, as per weathermen stated.

However, the heavy rain leads to the waterlogging and traffic jams at multiple locations. The DND flyway, ITO and other locations were jam packed. Several public transports suffered from breakdowns due to the rain, according to the Delhi Traffic Police.
