On the occasion of International Women’s Day, Teamwork Communications Group has launched a year-long initiative titled ‘Womanhood 365’ to celebrate and empower women every day, rather than limiting recognition to a single day. The campaign aims to foster a workplace where women receive continuous support, encouragement, and opportunities for growth.

With 70% of its workforce comprising women, the Delhi-based public relations agency plans to introduce mentorship programs, skill development workshops, and sessions on mental health, nutrition, and personal development. The initiative aims to help women enhance their professional and personal growth throughout the year.

Speaking about the initiative, Nikky Gupta, co-founder and CEO of Teamwork Communications Group, said, “While International Women’s Day reminds us to celebrate women, we believe their contributions deserve recognition every single day. At Teamwork, women don’t just lead in numbers — they lead in impact. Through ‘Womanhood 365,’ we aim to create an inclusive culture where women feel supported and empowered all year round.”

She also emphasised the need for organisations to move beyond symbolic gestures. “Women play multiple roles in life, and their hard work should not be confined to just one day of celebration. We are committed to fostering a workplace where women continue to grow, lead, and inspire daily,” she added.

As part of ‘Womanhood 365’, the agency will offer year-long mentorship, leadership training, career development sessions, and personal well-being programs. The initiative also aims to promote discussions around mental health, work-life balance, and skill enhancement, ensuring that women have access to resources for continuous growth.

Teamwork Communications Group has also urged other organisations to adopt similar initiatives to promote gender equity in workplaces throughout the year.

Founded in 2009, Teamwork Communications Group began as a healthcare communication firm and has since expanded its services across various sectors, including education, fitness, FMCG, hospitality, and MedTech. The agency is known for helping brands amplify their presence through strategic communication solutions.
