In its Navratri-special event from April 9 – 17, it delighted guests with an exquisite array of traditional flavours and festive delicacies such as Kaddu ke Kebabs, meticulously crafted by the talented chefs of the hotel.
Central to this celebration was Sabudana that was cooked in many ways. The Sabudana Kheer stole the show.
From the aromatic Sabudana Tikki, Kuttu ki Puri to the rich and flavourful Khas Khas Aloo, every item on the thali was designed to tantalise the taste buds and evoke a sense of culinary indulgence.
The Navratri Thali featured a diverse selection of dishes, ranging from the exquisite Jimikand ke Kabab to the comforting Kaddu ki Sabzi.
