Art Spectra, a group exhibition curated by Amrita Prakash, will bring together works by 24 artists at the Open Palm Art Gallery, India Habitat Centre, from August 11 to 16. Presented by Antas Creative Media, the exhibition brings together diverse artistic practices, mediums and individual visual expressions.

The exhibition spans abstraction, mythology, spirituality, nature, heritage, portraiture and personal experiences, with works ranging from digital compositions and acrylic paintings to pen-and-ink drawings, watercolours, photography and stained-glass works.

The participating artists include Leeladhar Mandloi, Rajkumar Sangwan, Amit Vardhan, Sanju Das, Nidhi Charan, Smita Singh, Subuhi Khan, Deepali Mittal, Arpita Som, Susnata Chatterjee, Dr Aakanksha Gupta, Baishakhi Chatterjee, Kopal Agrawal, Diti Rekha, Simret Singh, Amita Roy Choudhury, Neha Kaul, Purnima Gupta, Banita Rani Singh, Aprajita, Preeti Prerna, Vishaka Sahdev and Swapna Gopinathan.

According to curator Amrita Prakash, the strength of the exhibition lies in its diversity, allowing visitors to move between different artistic approaches rather than following a single theme. The works explore subjects including Indian mythology and cultural memory, nature, animals, human relationships and personal states of mind.

The exhibition offers visitors an opportunity to engage with a broad range of contemporary artistic expression, while bringing together established and emerging voices across different mediums.

When: August 11–16
