Kaansa is all set to celebrate Eid with Biryani Utsav, a week-long culinary festival curated by renowned Chef Danish Aalam. The event will run from March 26 to March 31, starting at 7 PM onwards, offering a variety of authentic and aromatic biryanis served with traditional accompaniments such as refreshing raita, tangy achaar, and crispy papad.
The festival will feature an exquisite selection of biryanis, highlighting regional specialities from across India. Guests can savour the bold flavours of Delhi 6 Mutton Biryani, the coastal charm of Malayalam Prawn Biryani, and the royal richness of Hyderabadi Biryani. Vegetarians can enjoy the fragrant Paneer Yakhni Biryani and the exotic Gucchi Biryani, made with prized morel mushrooms. Each dish is carefully prepared to maintain its authenticity and bring out the essence of traditional recipes.
Speaking about the festival, Chef Danish Aalam said, “Biryani is not just food—it’s a reflection of history, culture, and tradition. Through Biryani Utsav, we aim to honour this rich legacy by offering dishes that capture the true essence of these timeless flavours.”
