Art Houz Gallery from Chennai is set to present By Nature’s Force, a solo exhibition by renowned artist Vijay Pichumani, at Bikaner House, from February 15 to February 21, 2025. The exhibition promises to be a thought-provoking exploration of ecological consciousness, offering a visual commentary on sustainability, human impact on nature, and the delicate balance that sustains life.

With growing global attention on climate change and environmental issues, Pichumani’s artworks align perfectly with contemporary discussions on sustainability. Through his intricate woodcut prints and mixed media works, the artist captures the interplay between nature and human intervention, inviting viewers to reflect on their relationship with the natural world.

Hailing from Chennai, Pichumani has carved a niche for himself in the contemporary art scene. His artistic journey, marked by a deep commitment to environmental themes, has earned him significant accolades, including the 56th National Award for Woodcut Print, as well as recognition on various international art and design platforms. His works stand out not only for their intricate craftsmanship but also for their ability to evoke critical discussions on sustainability.
