Kolkata and Delhi’s renowned Chinese restaurant chain, Chowman, has kicked off another exciting edition of their famous annual ‘Oriental Seafood Festival’, which started on July 12 and will run until August 12, 2024.
The month-long festival is a paradise for seafood lovers, featuring exotic delicacies curated by the talented culinary team.
This year’s festival includes signature dishes such as Thai Fish Cake, Stir Fried Squid with Seasonal Veggies in Butter Garlic Sauce, Lobster in Mint Chilli Sauce, and Stir Fried Octopus in Tobanjan Sauce, all designed to tantalise the taste buds.
In addition, diners can savour comforting main courses like Seafood Hot Pot Hunan Fantasy, Kung Pao Style Lobster, and Fung Cheow Pomfret for a hearty meal.
Debaditya Chaudhury, Managing Director of Chowman Hospitality, expressed his excitement about the festival’s return.
“It feels fantastic to bring back our Oriental Seafood Festival. I am aware of how enthusiastic people get about this festival. Since last year in Bengaluru, we received thousands of inquiries about this annual event. As a food entrepreneur, I am excited to bring joy to people’s hearts, and confident that the dishes featured this time will make the Oriental Seafood Festival a grand success,” Chaudhury said.
