“Fifth Dimensional Leap”, an international art exhibition, opened at Bikaner House on March 25 and will continue until March 31. The exhibition, organised by the Adishakti Museum of Heritage & Arts (AMOHA) in collaboration with Bikaner House, features artists from around the world showcasing works that explore imagination, spirituality, and abstract expression.
The exhibition presents a diverse collection of paintings, textile art, and mixed-media works. Artists from Slovakia, Ireland, Brazil, Peru, and other countries are displaying their interpretations of the “fifth dimension”, where art meets science and philosophy. Among them, Andrea Ehret from Slovakia is known for her expressive abstract paintings, while Teofilo Choquecahua from Peru preserves ancient Inca weaving traditions. Other featured artists include Fintan Raymond Whelan from Ireland, Norberto Noschang from Brazil, and Esteban Marrugo Carreazo, each bringing a unique artistic vision.
The exhibition is led by Vinay Rai, an industrialist and philanthropist committed to using art for social causes. A graduate of MIT and Harvard, Rai has launched several initiatives, including the Zero Hunger Mission, which aims to provide meals to the needy. Proceeds from the exhibition will go towards this initiative.
Shahzada Khurram, Director of Bikaner House, said the event is not only about art but also about making a difference. “This exhibition shows how creativity can inspire change and bring attention to global issues,” he said.
