Oriental Seafood Festival: Kolkata’s famous Chowman hosting Delhiites

Kolkata’s famous Chinese restaurant chain, Chowman, has introduced a ‘Oriental Seafood Festival’ for the first time in Delhi NCR wherein the team has casted a net of flavours from the East to bring their guests the sea’s finest.

At the festival, visitors will sail through a plethora of seafood exotics featuring Octopus, Lobster, Crab, Pomfret, Squid and Jumbo Prawn dishes inspired from the eastern culinary delights.

Some of the highlighted dishes of the festival will be Crab Asparagus Soup, Thai Style Jumbo Prawn, Cantonese Style Squid with Soy, Ginger & Chillies, Calamari in Chili Tamarind Sauce and more.

The festival is currently ongoing and will continue till October 10.

Chowman was incepted as a young artist’s dream to bring in authentic, traditional Chinese dishes onto the plates of the Bengalis. The young artist is a musician-turned-entrepreneur Debaditya Chaudhury.

As a reverberation of the true style of Chinese ambience, Chowman was incorporated with a meticulous architectural structure imbibed with a classical, rustic ambience of China.

The dine in outlets also has the Chowman’s signature décor with elegant red and black color scheme surrounded by low lighting along with the bronze Buddha statue, pots and bells are thoughtfully put together for a soothing ambiance.

With each and every meal, foodies of Delhi are sure to indulge in robust flavours of Chinese delicacies featuring amazing Seafood, squid, crab, lamb and Pork delicacies. Chowman offers a lavish spread of vegetarian and non vegetarian delicacies.
