
Peshawari Food celebration
Spice Art, the fine dining Indian restaurant at Crowne Plaza Greater Noida, is currently hosting a special Peshawari Food Celebration, running from September 10 to 29. This culinary event is offering guests a taste of the rich, aromatic, and diverse flavours of Peshawari cuisine, known for its distinctive use of spices and traditional cooking techniques.
Peshawari cuisine, rooted in the culinary traditions of the Peshawar region, boasts a vibrant menu featuring time-honoured dishes prepared with fresh ingredients and a variety of aromatic spices. According to the restaurant’s head chef, guests can enjoy Peshawari Paneer Tikka, marinated cottage cheese cooked in a tandoor, and Tandoori Phool, grilled cauliflower florets marinated in pickling spices and creamy cheese. “We’ve designed the menu to truly represent the authentic flavours of Peshawari food,” the chef explained. “Each dish reflects the rich heritage and traditional cooking techniques of the region”.

The celebration extends beyond savoury delights, offering classic desserts like Sheer Khurma, a sweet vermicelli pudding, rose-flavoured Gulab Jamun, and Matka Kulfi, traditional Indian ice cream served in a clay pot.
Alongside the culinary offerings, the restaurant has curated an immersive dining experience with themed décor and live music. Guests will also gain insights into the traditional techniques behind Peshawari cooking.
