Holiday Inn Gurgaon NH8 has launched a special Italian food promotion, The Italian Edit, at its restaurant, The Palate. The promotion will run over two weekends – May 23 to 25 and May 30 to 31 – from 12 noon to 11 pm.

From the high-baked, slow-fermented Pizza Napoletana to the crispy, flavour-rich Pizza Alla Pala Romana, the menu brings together a variety of regional Italian favourites. Guests can also sample the Naples Pizza Sandwiches, known for their bold flavours and hearty fillings, and the daily-prepared Pasta Fresca, made with traditional techniques and the freshest ingredients.

“The Italian Edit is a celebration of Italy’s culinary soul,” said Mukta Khanna, General Manager at Holiday Inn Gurgaon NH8. “It reflects our commitment to bringing global flavours to our guests while staying true to authenticity and quality.”

Executive Chef Deep Dubey, who led the menu creation, added, “We’ve designed this menu to balance tradition with creativity. Every dish is a tribute to the diversity of Italian food culture — rustic, comforting, and refined. We want guests to feel like they’ve had a little taste of Italy.”
