Apple iPhone SE 4: Apple is set to unveil a series of new products in the coming days, with potential launches including the fourth-generation iPhone SE and an M4-powered MacBook Air. According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, the announcement cycle could begin as early as today (February 12), followed by major reveals in the weeks ahead.

What to Expect from Apple’s Upcoming Announcements

February 12: A Smaller Product Reveal

Apple is expected to make a minor announcement today, though details remain unclear. Speculation suggests it could be an updated entry-level iPad equipped with the A18 chip, enabling Apple Intelligence features.

Another possibility is the rollout of the first beta for iOS 18.4, which may bring significant improvements to Siri. These enhancements could include better contextual awareness, improved on-screen responsiveness, and more intuitive system controls.

February 14: Apple Vision Pro Update

Later this week, Apple may announce support for Sony’s PlayStation VR2 hand controllers for the Vision Pro headset. This partnership could bring enhanced gaming experiences to the mixed-reality platform by integrating PS VR2’s dual controllers.

Beyond gaming, these controllers might also be adapted for navigating the visionOS interface, addressing the need for more precise control in virtual environments. The timing coincides with Sony’s upcoming State of Play event, where more details on the PlayStation platform are expected.

iPhone SE 4 Set for Launch Next Week

Apple is likely to introduce the fourth-generation iPhone SE next week. The new model is expected to adopt a modern flat-frame design with a glossy glass back, resembling the iPhone 14. Unlike recent iPhones, it may retain the traditional mute switch. The front is expected to feature a notch with Face ID, eliminating the home button for the first time in the SE lineup.

The iPhone SE 4 is rumored to be powered by the A18 chip—the same processor found in the iPhone 16 and 16 Plus—paired with 8GB of RAM. This configuration could enable Apple Intelligence, making it Apple’s most affordable AI-capable iPhone. Storage is expected to start at 128GB, doubling that of its predecessor. The device may also feature a 48MP main camera and a 12MP front-facing camera.

M4 MacBook Air Coming Soon

Following the launch of M4-powered MacBook Pro models, Apple is reportedly preparing to introduce the MacBook Air with the new chip. The updated MacBook Air is expected to come with 16GB of RAM as the new base variant, aligning with recent changes in the MacBook Pro lineup. However, no significant design updates are anticipated this year.

With multiple announcements on the horizon, Apple fans can expect an eventful few weeks as the company rolls out its latest innovations.
